How to hard reset:
Warning! All data will be lost!
1.Power off your tablet
2.Press together power button + volume up until Serioux logo appears on screen
3.Press power button to enter in recovery menu
4.Press volume down to select “wipe data/factory reset” and then press volume up to confirm
5.Press volume down to select “yes” and then press volume up to confirm
6.Wait until format ends
7.Press volume up to confirm “reboot”
8.Wait until the tablet restarts
